Prior to Channel Economics, Brian led a significant number of consulting engagements within Siebel Systems CRM Strategy group and at MarketBridge, a go-to-market strategy consulting firm. At both Siebel and MarketBridge, Brian’s client roster represented some of the most influential and well respected companies in the world – clients such as Best Buy, CDW, Caterpillar, Fidelity, Motorola and Capital One. Brian’s engagements focused on helping his clients address a wide variety of marketing, sales and customer support issues.
Brian began his career at Opinion Research Corporation in its Customer Loyalty and Retention practice. He holds a BBA in Marketing from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
