Square Enix provides a lengthy new trailer that shows the next update in the shadowbringers extension of Final Fantasy 14, along with the long-awaited Nier of MMO: a 24 person raid inspired by automata.
The attack, called the "copy factory," is just the first part of yorha's "Apocalypse of the dark," a collaboration between the final fantasy 14 team and Nier, the producer and director of automata, Yosuke Saito and Yoko taro. There will be more raids in the future.
This is yorha's official promotional video: the first appearance of apocalypse in the dark: "a mechanical man who is no different from a man in appearance, speech and behavior - no one in noward would think of the fantasy and chaos like a drunk dwarf. I found a woman in a white dress and showed her identity. However, as a "robot", I may question all people's views on technology all the time... "
On the basis of the trailer, the "copy factory" is sure to look good. It has familiar enemies and characters - including the hero 2b of Nier: automata - and the entire product has a distinct, faded aesthetic associated with the original acclaimed game.
The rest of the next update of stormringers, officially called patch 5.1, will continue the main storyline of this extension in the new chapter, the oath of virtue and cruelty. It will also introduce the new four player dungeon the grand cosmos, beast tribe task and new game plus mode, all of which will be described in more detail in square's patch subdivision.
The 5.1 update of Final Fantasy 14 will come next week, October 29.
Hope to provide a classic remake so that the new generation can experience that the old players can refresh their memories by updating everything. What's more likely to happen is to drive a great game in order to attract more players and gain a bigger player base. Sticking to games that are already quite mature and perform well is far less risky than proposing new games where people don't know the premise and may hesitate.
Earn FFXIV Gil. At the end of the day, this is the ultimate goal of the company (and the requirement to keep the business going).
Moreover, I believe that non major FF games are often used as test grounds. Through the game video, they seem to be trying to add magic to the ffxv combat system.
I think we can say that fffvi combat system is redesigned with FFXIV.
