You will design your own mission to the moon. You must answer these questions about your mission:
o What is the purpose of your mission? (Are you looking for something, or exploring something specific? What are you looking for?)
o How long will you be there?
o Who will you bring with you? (should bring people able to help you with your mission)
o What will you bring with you, and why? (What tools will you need to complete your mission? What will you need to survive the mission, and why?)
o What will you name your mission?
You can choose one of the two ways below to present your mission.
o Write a paper describing your mission (who, what how long, why) – 1 ½ pages double spaced
o Make a poster that describes your mission – should still show who is going, what you’ll be doing, what you’re bringing with, and then you can describe why to the class
Remember to use everything we learned so far about the moon and previous explorations of the moon!
