  3. Write an argument in favor of that leadership style, explain its benefits, use evidence and fact as supporting evidence for your argument
  4. Read other students' arguments in favor of one leadership style
     
  5. Choose two arguments and write a statement disagreeing with the argument, make sure your statement is polite and supported with fact
