I finished nearly every pursuit I could when played, it had been my primary motivation. They're"great", likely the best part of the game. Mind you, the reason the quests are so great is because Runescape does not really have a main quest story line to follow, and can be much more liberal with it is design. Slayer is a mill, but it is one of the skills with OSRS gold. For the record, my favorite skill was dungeoneering, since it tricked me into believing I was playing with a different, better game. And it became a grind after ~40. If you think that anything's not a grind after 40, OH BOY you are mistaken. But I am not going to define"grind" right today.

You're right, the combat system is not deep. That's unacceptable if your game has 5 stats devoted to it completely (and many stats ), they need to have made it even more interesting. They did not need to add action bars, they could have had, as an instance, skill shots.As for the D&D contrast, I really GM to get a group of 5 people. It's in D&D mostly to prevent things from devolving into:"I struck it." "No you don't." "Yes I do!" Etc. It works because you're never fighting with other gamers, so it is fair. And moreover, the celebration should never be taking on a fight that could have them murdered with a bad dice rolls. A video game should not be doing this, although not to mention I can fudge dice rolls to produce things spectacular.

But really, RNG that prevalent has no place in PVP. It's among the reasons why there's such a very low ability ceiling.It is correct that I never did aggressive PVP, but I did find lots of PVP on the occasion that I would loot dead bodies in the wilderness, or even the duel arena. It's static. You simply stand there, and no amount of skill will alter that.I can still understand PVP problems the exact same way somebody can understand sports problems: Seeing somebody else who has put time in performing high-level drama. I watch Runescape on YouTube from time to time, which includes PVP. Yeah, I think it's horrible. When the maximum level players still only stand there and simply slap at each other , constantly complaining about numbers being too big or little, you understand your battle system is boring.

In any case, none of this matters since the battle system is really basic, a six year old could be instructed how to do it.My criticisms of the game are my own, no one told me to say these items. While I do watch movies on Runescape, it is largely positive, and they certainly don't bring up most of the issues that I mention.On the idea of level scaling with cheap RuneScape gold, you don't understand what it is. Level scaling is the practice of carrying all player's stats and matching them. It makes sure everyone has a fair chance at winning, also evens the playing field.
