It allows players to team up in clans of up to 80 players to fight the boss. The announcement states that Nex could also be played as a solo player in a private battle. Instances can be unlocked after you complete your Hard Combat Achievements tier, at which point you are able to purchase an instance to get 100,000 GP to enter. Higher Combat Achievement tiers lower this cost.

In the Ancient Prison beneath the God Wars Dungeon, Nex can only be explored once players have completed the Desert Treasure quest and a mini-quest that unlocks this Frozen Door.
